The atmosphere is awesome. The service, cleanliness, accuracy and taste are wesome! Love, love, love this place. My husband would give it five stars but I think the menu is a little limited for picky eaters.

Out of the good bread???? How do you run out of bread at lunchtime? They offered to make sandwiches on wheat sandwich bread or we could wait 20 minutes for them to make more bread. I guess the person in charge of the French bread fell asleep.

This place won't even deliver less than a mile from its location because it is "out of its delivery area" What that means I have no idea. I wish I was able to give it negative stars.

Just finished a tuna sandwich. Well, actually it wasn't good enough to finish. Unusual, because I ALWAYS like tuna! The water tasted terrible and it was about as noisy as it gets. It IS fast but why be in a hurry for bad?

One of the worst experience I've ever had as a paying patron in a establishment. I'm visiting out of town from Chicago where there's a Jimmy John's just about every corner and I'm very familiar with the menu. In this particular instance I happen to order the usual Vito with hot peppers on the side. I've orders this countless of times and asked the cashier( Jarred Black) in this instance and he responds with a very nonchalant attitude and tells me "we can't do that, any veggies which are free we can't give on the side". I asked this so I can have them on my sandwich and they are free with it but I can't have them on the side? His response became even more condescending and tells me No! every jimmy johns does this and that it's a rule with the restaurant. I then tell him that this is not true as I live in Chicago and sounds made up. I then ask for his name and request to speak with a manager or some one in charge to which he replies I don't have to tell you my name and there's no one else other than me in charge. By this time it became evident that this person didn't have the proper disposition, attitude or business sense to be managing this store. Along with all the other reviews, they are plain RUDE AND IT THEY DONT CARE!

Finally got to JJ's. Very tasty sandwich but the crust on the bread is too hard. If they can soften the bread up they will have the closest thing to a Jersey sub in the El Paso, Las Cruces area.

Quick service, fresh quality and amazingly flavorful. Much better than Subways!!! Had a Vinito and it was yummy but wish it didnt contain that much onions. Aside from that, great.

For my money, Jimmy John's is the best cold sandwich chain, I'm a HUGE fan, but much to my dismay, they still haven't opened a location in El Paso, so every so often, when the craving is just too much to handle, I take a little road trip to LC for some JJs! My biggest fear when I first visited was that, since its the only location for hundred's of miles, the food would somehow be different, but fear not, it's just as great as the many other locations I've visited. I LOVE the Gargantuan, it is probably the most meat-packed sandwich one can get for $7; it's not for the faint of heart, and sadly I've gotten a little old to eat one every time I visit. I also recommend the Vito, which is the classic Italian sandwich, I think of it as a Gargantuan lite, though the meats aren't all the same. This location is great, right by NMSU, it has a collegiate atmosphere that makes me reminisce of the first JJs I ever visited when I was in college. The chain is known for it's fast service and they live up to the promise. The staff is super friendly and location is very well maintained. Also, the bathroom tile is hilarious!

Called for delivery and they ask for my address. "Sorry that's 1.8 miles away and our range is 1.5". Then he just hangs up on me. Would have most likely just drove myself to pick up the order but obviously they are just to successful to implement any kind of customer service values. But hey, at least they know their damn range.

Fast! Always good. But get it delivered... The few times I did eat there the staff was rude. But my stars are for the food and their fast and accurate delivery!

Freaky fast and freaking rude. I placed my order in at transaction where the only words said to me were my total. Four people on the line and not one smile or acknowledgement. Once my order way ready the (not-so) gentleman reached to hand me my sandwich and pickle. Since my hands were full I asked for a bag, and the same guy put my items down, pointed to the bags and told me to "help myself". I would love to applaud speed-of-service, but there was no service.

I eat here often because I am a busy college student that doesn't like eating McDonald's as my quick food option. Their sandwiches are simple and always consistent which is a good thing but another thing that is consistent is their lack of customer service here. I feel that Jimmy Johns has hand-picked employees that share the same characteristics as robots. You are never greeted with a smile and if you order something slightly altered from the menu listing they look at you as if it's some great travesty. I mean come on, it's a sandwich. And their evening shift manager is the worse offender. So, while I will continue to eat here out of convenience, I will also continue to long for something other than an icy greeting when I walk through their door.

Fast and friendly service. I've never had the wrong order delivered and it always arrives within 10 minutes. While cold sandwiches are not my favorite, I just preheat the oven while I wait and then toast the sandwich myself.

The sandwiches are made incredibly quickly and they deliver to my office within 15 minutes of my ordering on the computer. Parking is impossible but you can't beat the delivery. Also, if you so manage to find a parking space to be able to eat in, the restaurant always has good tunes playing.

Ate here once and that was enough. Their sandwiches are nothing special. I would compare them only to Subway. I can't stand Subway with their fake white cheese and boring sandwiches. But when it comes down to it, Subway is better than Jimmy Johns. I really do not get why this is even a franchise. Who would go here???? There are better sandwich shops, and a really great local sandwich shop right down the road. University students would be the only patrons here. NMSU kids, go down the street to DG's or Schlotzky's and get some good food!

I have no clue why people like this place. I am in the minority on not liking Jimmy John's but its so bad. The sandwhiches are dry and terrible. I'd write more but dry flavorless and terrible is all there really is to say about the food here.

Great food at this location, but, parking stinks.

So much better than subway. The bread is awesome. But why don't they ever have the alfalfa sprouts listed on the menu? Other than that, super tasty!!!

Great place to go if you want a cold boring sandwich. I got the totally tuna, which says it has a special sauce, but there's nothing special when its just mayo. I also asked for them to toast it, because I like tuna melts, but the woman said that they don't do that. How can you be a sandwich place and not have hot sandwiches? Also, how can you post signs in your place that say "free smells" when you have nothing cooking, therefor there is nothing to smell? Also, you have no choice in bread, just some boring white bread. Other than that the only other thing on my dry sandwich was lettuce, tomato, and cucumber. Boring. I then proceeded to get some iced tea, which was the warmest iced tea I had ever had. I took a few bites of my sandwich, then decided to take it home to warm it in the oven and put some flavor in it. Bottom line, there are way better places on University ave to get a sandwich.
